Hallo Männer,

letztens bei unserem letzten großen Spiel, habe ich jmd. neues kennengelernt: VT.Div_Andreas.

Hier sein Statement dazu:

Ich kan nicht sehr gut deutsch sprechen aber klein kann ich.

Die Vt Division und Wiking division ist meiner lieblingsdivisioner

Ich komme aus Schweden ich bin 15 jahre alt und mein opa und oma kommen aus Österreich.

Wir spielten lange zusammen, Andreas ist reaktionsschnell und sehr Teamfähig.

Nun wollte ich mal wissen was ihr dazu sagt. Sicher ist er sehr jung. Ich dachte mir nur, jmd. aus Schweden mit Wurzeln in Österreich, das wäre mal echt was besonderes. Was meint ihr?

Andreas, I´ve got a question to you. Do you know something about your Gradfather? Was he in the german Army too? Did he told something about his history to you? It would be nice to hear something from you.

Er ist zwar jung aber das stört mich nicht..., so kann ich unter anderem mein english bissl aufbessern wenn wir gemeinsam spielen..

ok everyone..

As i said i was gonna write about my grandfather and my other relatives that fought the war in 1914-1918 and 1939-1945

thats means in short terms im gonna tell you about my familys war history since WWI and WWII.

Ok it all the started with the war against the turks in 1800 something i dont remember but after that war my family got the title as in the german called ''Von'' and english ''Sir''.

But in the hungary-Austria it was with a Y in the last word of the last name that will say in my case Perlaky.

Ok so the warfare started so long ago for my family altough i dont know who was fighting there, however i can asure you all the he was dead before WWI broke out

WWI:

in the 1914 the first world war broke out. My grandfather's brother went out to war.. Amazingly he got to the war and came home without a single scratch! let me also say that he was a pioneer. Sadly tough they lost the war and Germany was not in such a good shape. Hitler was still pretty unknown or he was unknown until 1930+.

WWII:

Now the real history came to live so that i can now can pretty proud tell you all about the war, thanks to my grandfather that died in 2003.

1939. Hitler had been chosen as the new leader of the German people. As he promised he had given almost all the people a job in some way and everyone loved him and thought that this leader is one of a hell good leader for our people!

some years earlier my grandfathers cousins had been born, that concludes that my grandfathers brother had given 2 more coming german soldiers... Emil and Anton.

Suddenly 1939 Germany moved in to Poland with all their new techniques that they had discovered.. And that was thanks to Hitlers generosity in job giving. One of his best reserchings were the tank. Ofcourse there were tanks before in the WWI but that kind of tank were like a giant metall box with a MG in it.. This new tank had a cannon to shot for a extrodinary long range and had a MG if the enemy infantry got to close. that wasnt all. beside the cannon the cannoner had a MG so the tank had two MG's and one cannon. pretty amazing for that time. They were also the first getting camouflage to their uniforms. A new helmet got researched to and thats the basic helmet all the soldier wear today ( but ofcourse they are a bit more upgraded this day ...). However with all this and much more the german took a month clearing the polish army to then meet the Soviet Union in Warsawa. there the Molotov pact began, wich meant that they should not fire on each other.

Now my grandfather was around 10 years and were carrying ammo and was some kind of a hitlerjugend. My grandfathers brother were already in the war fighting the polish and were then send to the french line to fight there. Emil and Anton were getting pretty aged up now and were closing in to the age of 18 and 20. The both sons were called in when their father were in the northern Africa as an engineer to the ME109. but when he was sent home in 1944 i think it was or maybe 43 his both sons were dead. Emil had died somwhere in Ukraine nobody knows where.. i will get to that later.. And Anton died in the fightings of Stalingrad.

As i said before my grandfathers brother was sent home cause of Mallaria. He lived until 1993 when he died at age 70+

And as i just said before Emil died somewhere in the Ukraine..

well the thing is we wont ever get to know where, because the platoon he was in got mashed down totally.. only the platoon commander survived and got home. around 10 years after the war people started wondering were there sons had gone away because there were only memory signs of Emil, and much other people that wasnt ever discoverd.. maybe some blew up into pieces and all that was left of them wasnt recognisable. But my relatives took contact to the platoon commander and asked if he knew where Emil had died..

All he could say was that they buried him at some road they didnt know where somewhere in the Ukraine.. After all it was ten years ago about then, and no human can remember where they fast just buried a soldier in the Ukraine. So still Emil isnt found and he probably wont be.

My grandfather survived the war too in the late years of the war i dont remeber wich year but my grandfather was a reloader. His gunner got shot by a warplane i think it was the english spitfire i only think so dont comment that but however hes gunner got shot and my grandfather in panic ran the fastest he could to the bunker a few yards from him. The warplane saw him and began to throw shots at him.. He said to me that just those seconds changed his life.. the shots were so close at him all the time.. it was as the shots were saying IM COMING TO GET YOU LITTLE GERMAN BOY RUN! he survived amazingly all the way to the bunker and the warplane gave up shooting at him.. the germans won that fight but my grandfather got permission to get home.. He did and then he moved to Sweden so that he could start a new life.

Oh damn i forgot one of my dads uncles cousins faught in the war too in a Panther (at least i think my grandfather told me it was in a panther he did all this). He shot down around 5 russians tanks and he earned the Panzer Medallion or something like that i can't remember the name.. he too survived the war but is also dead he died around 1980-1990.

So well yes thats kind of everything
